1. Pre-Power Check
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Before powering on, the damage during transportation should be checked, such as whether the screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and whether they are damp. If the above phenomenon occurs, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Power Connection & Safety
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm that they are connected correctly. Pay attention to whether the voltage of the input power supply connected is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
3. Temperature-Controlled Cooling
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point of the fan, the fan can start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is a normal situation. When working, please make sure not to block the inlet and outlet of the fan.
4. Overheating Protection
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure that it is not damaged. When the temperature drops slightly, it will automatically start to resume work.
5. Environmental Requirements
When using power equipment, the dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels, and there should be no severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
6. Regular Maintenance
